Rated as: Above Average. Disclaimer: We did not stay here, but visited friends and participated in activities, at the resort. This is a new resort located on the out skirts of the town of Camp Verde. It is next to the highway, with some traffic noise.  All the roads are paved, the sites are level gravel. The site are close, but far enough apart to be comfortable. A few cottages are randomly located throughout the park.  There is a large covered area to stay in if you are so inclined. The staff is efficient, welcoming, and friendly. The activities are slightly limited due to covid.  There are three nice pickleball courts, with several people playing daily. There is a recreation room, club house, library, pool tables, gym, two laundry rooms, and small store. There is a dog park available. Overall, the resort is very well laid out, well maintained, clean, but a bit sterile.  Down side: The club house and pool area are over run with children.  They are loud and boisterous with little adult supervision. We can recommend this park. Rated as: Above Average.
