Description

Rated as: Average. This RV Resort is a private, members only resort. We stayed 4 nights free in return for listening to a one hour presentation. Surprisingly, there was no “high pressure” to purchase. The resort is at best average quality, confusing terms, and expensive, while the restrictions for members are not reasonable. A member can only stay two weeks, then has to move out.  While walking around the park, many units had obviously been there several months – the rules only apply to certain people I suppose.  There are too many other restrictions to even begin detailing. The facilities are adequate, but not “nice”. Very few activities are available, however there are many amenities. The big draw is the river access.   We would not stay there again.  Rated as: Average.
