Rated as:  Below Average. This park is located in Mesquite Nevada and is definitely NOT a resort. There are no amenities, no activities, and limited facilities. The “river” on the “river front lots” is dry. The grounds have no grass and a lot of weeds. The park was built in 2005, bankrupted in 2008, then re-purchased in 2012. There is a ton of infrastructure, for future growth, but nothings been done for several years. The park is not on the I 15 freeway so it is a bit harder to find, but has easy access and no noise. The roads are asphalt and easy to maneuver on. Sites are reasonably spread out, on NOT level gravel, and have a picnic table. The restroom-shower house is in the office/club house. It is clean but limited in size. There is a small gym, pool table, and lounge area with a fire place.  There are only two washer/dryers that you must sign up to use. The staff is friendly and helpful. The infrastructure is there, with a lot more work, it could be a really nice park, and maybe even a resort.  It is strictly a “place to park” an RV. We would stay there again, because of the rates and off freeway location. Rated as: Below Average.
