Rated as: Average. Sanderson is in the middle of nowhere and the county seat for Terrell County. Many years ago the rail road closed their terminal which devastated the town, but it is still hanging on. All the roads and sites are gravel. The sites are mostly level with careful parking. The sites are pull through, spaced reasonably with adequate parking for tow vehicles. No reservations are accepted and a self check in kiosk is the only way to sign in and pay. There is no office or store. A small laundry room and shower house are available. There is a play area covered with artificial grass. Overall, the park is well kept and a surprise for the area. We can recommend this park for an overnight stay. Rated as: Average.
