3 Qt Instant Pot
Yep, It’s all the craze right now, but I definitely can recommend this product for the RV crowd. Small (Perfect for 2, but ok for part of the meal for 4). Easy to store, and does double duty for your crock-pot, Rice Cooked, Egg Cooker, and more. Perfect after a long day of driving. I’m putting together the dish, while Mike drives, when we stop, plug it in and voila. Dinner by the time we’ve gotten settled in.
This basket listed below is a “must have” for the instant Pot. It allows steaming, egg cooking, and a multitude of other functions.
When cooking spicy or fragrant foods in the Instant Pot, the sealing ring tends to absorb the odor. Use a separate ring for those foods and a “clean” ring for neutral foods. The color coding will help identify which is which. That said, just place the ring beneath your nose and all doubt will go away.
