Description:
This park is old, run down, and just worn out. That said, it is probably the “best” in Anchorage with asphalt roads, some grass, mostly level gravel/dirt sites, and a table. Free showers and bathrooms are clean and well kept. Laundry facilities are clean, with a large number of machines. ATT, Verizon, Mint Mobile good. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Sites are close together, with some trees, but offer little privacy. There is a mix of long term and short term residence, separated into 2 areas. All the utilities are convenient. The electricity was spotty so we had to o move a few times. They are replacing some sections of the electricity service. Other utilities work well. Mail service for long term stays only. Reservations recommended. Would stay there again. Rated as: Good.

- Located across the street from a large Costco
- Convenient to Anchorage, airport, and restaurants.
