Description

Rated as: Average. Older mobile home park with RV sites interspersed. It is well maintained, quiet, and clean. Sites are level gravel, with concrete walks and “patios”. Some of the concrete is cracked and broken. No WIFI or cable. All utilities work well. Easy to get to from the freeway. Paved roads are wide and spaces easy to maneuver in to. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stand alone “bath house” is updated and clean with private toilets and showers. A very limted number of activities at holidays. Not “high end”, but comfortable for a reasonable price. $15 a night based on monthly rate. Very close to all the shopping and the city of Albuquerque. Rated as: Average. We would stay there again.
