Description

Rated as: Average. This Museum is on the edge the airport a couple of miles just off the highway.  The parking lot is level asphalt.  The two RV spaces are inline, on the edge of the parking lot. The hosts are welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. The  museum is well worth the $5 entrance fee. The displays are a history of space exploration involving astronaut Lt. General Thomas P. Stafford.  Each display is well done and informative.  Plan on spending a few hours to really get educated about the space program and this American hero. The museum is open 361 days a year. We would stay there again. Rated as: Average.
