4 Seasons MHP and RV Resort is one of the most friendly resorts we have ever been to.  People stopped to welcome us before we even got to our site.  It is an older resort, but well maintained. The roads are paved, but a little tight for big rigs. The site pads are concrete and level. They are large enough for a motorhome and tow vehicle. Sites are well spaced apart for some privacy. They have a endless schedule of activities, a pool, hot tub, shuffle board, off site excursions, and pickleball courts. The other guests routinely have dinners and get togethers. We enjoyed the area, the people and activities. We did not enjoy the humidity. We were sad to leave after meeting so many wonderful people. We would go back in a minute. Rated as Excellent.
