Rated as: Excellent. This is a top notch RV Resort. There are a combination of pull through, pull in, and back in RV sites. The pull in sites overlook the river. There is a small “island” of sites that are reserved for over 55 only. They are all level concrete, with patio, picnic table, and the premium sites have patio furniture. All the access roads are asphalt and easy to maneuver on. There is a small store, club house, gym, library, two bath houses, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 laundry rooms, tennis and pickle ball courts, putting green, kids play area, and large fenced dog park, . The grounds are well kept with attractive landscaping, multiple water features, and extensive grass areas. The overall appearance is lush and beautiful  The staff is courteous, welcoming, and friendly. The back side of the resort contains a large area of casitas and houses.  Now for the really bad.  From the end of December to the end of February, the Texas Hill Country experiences Texas Cedar Fever. The cedar pollen is so dense it looks like smoke coming from the trees when the wind blows. My wife and I were confined to the RV for 6 weeks and never felt well. We will never go back during this time period. That said, it is a well run, beautiful resort and can highly recommend it.  Rated as: Excellent
