Description
- Rated as: Above Average.Well maintain RV Resort with reasonable monthly rate plus electricity. The park is in a rural location, no road noise, very quiet, and about 20 minutes to the nearest grocery store. The interior roads are gravel and easy to maneuver around. The sites are pull through, a combination of level gravel or concrete with a concrete patio. Each site has a picnic table and a stone structure to put a bbq grill or stove on. The sites have a lot of space between them and have a nice grass area, All the utilities worked well, are convenient, and easy to hook up. There a nice swimming pool with a water fall., basket ball hoop, volley ball, and a club house with kitchen. There is an outside covered patio and a community fire pit. The grounds are nicely landscaped, clean, and well kept. The laundry has four washers and four dryers at $2.00 to wash and $1.75 to dry. The laundry, bath house, showers and pools are very clean and well kept. There are numerous activities and social events. Most of the park residents are long term or frequent returns. They are very friendly and welcoming to new comers. The owner/manager is outgoing and friendly. There is a lake on the property and large amount of open space. Would highly recommend this RV resort. Rated as: Above Average.
