Rated as: average. This is a self service RV Park on the edge of town. Red Bay is where Tiffin motor homes are built. The only reason to go to Red Bay is to tour the factory or to get your Tiffin motor home worked on. With our Fleetwood Bounder, we felt like a Vespa scooter at a Harley Davidson rally. The RV park is not a park, it is a level gravel parking lot with hook ups. There is no landscaping, office, facilities, or people on site. All the sites are long pull throughs, fairly wide, on level gravel. There is plenty of room to park a tow vehicle. The park was obviously designed and built for for class A motor home short term use. All the utilities worked well and are convenient. The owner stopped by was friendly and expressed his appreciation for staying at his park. This park is good at what is it designed for. Stay a few days or several to get your Tiffin worked on or serviced. There are 3 or 4 more similar RV parks in Red Bay. It is all that is available. It worked good enough for one night or a few more. Reservations are not required. We would stay there again, when we get our dream Tiffin motor home. Rated as: average.
