Rated as: Average.  This resort located on the out skirts of the town of Camp Verde, along the banks of the Verde River. It is far enough off the highway to eliminate the traffic noise.  It is one of several owned by the same company, they are all very similar. All the roads are packed gravel and the sites are level gravel. The sites are close, but far enough apart to be comfortable. A few cottages are randomly located throughout the park. The staff is efficient, welcoming, and friendly. The activities were limited due to covid.  There are two nice pickleball courts, but no one is using them. There is a recreation room, club house, mini golf course, library, pool tables, game room, gym, three laundry rooms, and small store. There is a dog park available. Overall, the resort is very well laid out, well maintained, and clean.  Down side: The club house and pool were closed for remodeling.  We can recommend this park and would stay here again.. Rated as: Average.
