Description

Rated as: Average. This is not a resort, but an basic RV park located 20 minutes south west of Tucson. The property is dated, minimally maintained, and could use some attention.  The roads are asphalt, easy to maneuver, and the sites are level gravel. The sites are close together with very little privacy. The bath house and laundry are convenient and very well maintained. The staff is efficient and friendly. The activities and exercise room were closed due to covid virus.  Shuffle board and horse shoes are available.  There is a large dog park available.  It is quiet without a lot of activities, traffic, or gatherings. If you do decide to stay at this resort, there are pull through “premium sites” that are grouped together, much nicer, more roomy, but more expensive. We can recommend this park and would stay there again in a “premium” site.  Rated as: Average.
