Description
Rated as Excellent: Well maintain RV Resort $1298.00 month plus electricity. This is expensive, but for southern Florida, in prime season, it is not an outrageous price. The roads are paved and easy to maneuver around. The sites are level pavers with a patio. The sites are well spaced out with grass between each one. Premium sites face 2 different lakes with beautiful views. All sites are pull-in, so the lakes can be seen through the windshield. Several sites are pull thru, and many back ins away from the lakes. The sites are 80 feet long, plenty of space for tow vehicles and trailers. All the utilities worked well, are convenient, and easy to hook up. There is a heated swimming pool, pickle ball courts, horse shoes, shuffle board, pet area, and a club house. The club house has a game room, DVDs, books, kitchen, and a stage. The grounds are a work in progress, nicely landscaped but immature – the park is only 2 years old. The laundry has four washers and four dryers at $2.00 to wash and $1.75 to dry. The laundry, bath house, showers and pools are very clean and well kept. Breakfast is offered a couple days a week, pot lucks, socials, and special events are on going. There are several park model cabins on site. The other guests are very welcoming and friendly. It is too new for many cliques to be formed. The staff is courteous and helpful. They are still building and adding on. It is a first class operation all around. Rated as: Excellent. Would highly recommend this RV resort.
