Description
Rated as: Excellent. Beautiful and well maintained Motor Coach Resort. This is a gated, class A only, over 55 resort. Prices are $825 month winter/ $525 summer plus electricity. This is bargain for the location and quality of the resort. The roads are paved and easy to maneuver around. The sites are double wide, level concrete with a patio. The sites are well spaced out with grass and hedges between each one. Premium sites face a lakes with beautiful views. All lake sites are pull-in, so the lakes can be seen through the windshield. Off lake sites sites are back in. The sites are 94 feet long, and 54 feet wide – plenty of space for tow vehicle, and golf cart. There is a separate area for boats and trailers. All the utilities worked well, are convenient, and easy to hook up. There is a heated swimming pool, pickle ball court, horse shoes, shuffle board, fenced pet area, and a huge club house. The club house has a mail room, laundry room, exercise room, game room with card tables and pool tables, craft room, grand ball room, a stage, kitchen, a library with DVDs, games and books,. The grounds are immaculately landscaped. Laundry has four washers and four dryers at $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. The laundry, bath house, showers and pools are very clean and well kept. Socials, live music, bingo, cards, pot lucks, and special events are on going. Lots are privately owned and some for sale. Rentals are available through the office or from private individuals. The other guests are very welcoming and friendly. The staff is courteous and helpful. It is a first class operation all around. Rated as: Excellent. Would highly recommend this RV resort.
