Description
Rated as: Average. The road from the highway is paved. Interior roads are paved or gravel. There is plenty of room to maneuver around. The pull through sites are level gravel, separated by grass and some trees. The site length and width are adequate. The sites are rather close together, with little privacy. All the utilities worked well, are convenient, and easy to hook up. There is a huge club house, heated swimming pool, an exercise room, and a large grass area, horse shoes, pickle ball, mini golf, and a kids play area. There is a very large fenced dog area. The office will receive mail and packages. The grounds are landscaped with grass and trees, surrounded by thick trees and brush. Laundry has eight washers and eight dryers at $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry. The showers clean and well maintained. Most of the guests are short term and keep to themselves. The office staff is courteous and helpful. Overall is is an OK park with a lot of positives but nothing to make it standout. Rated as: Average. Would here again.
