Below Average. Old KOA that has seen better days. Run down facilities. New owner is slowly repairing and upgrading. Sites are too close together. Sites are gravel, level with minimal shade. A lot of grass with large park area. Sites are two short sites that have been converted to single long site. Has a fire ring and picnic table. No pool or club house. Small store. Staff was courteous and very friendly. WIFI weak, ATT weak, Verizon good, no cable. Pricey for what is offered, but acceptable for the area.Rated as: We would stay here again. Below Average.
