Description
Rated as: Average. Mixed feelings about this park. One section is older, in heavy pine trees, kind of crowded, dark and oppressive. Another section is newer with more open feel. Staff is friendly courteous, and accommodating. The park is clean, with level, gravel site. Has picnic table and fire ring. Bathrooms and showers are well maintained and clean. A few trees hang over the road, enough to scrape big rigs. Notified staff, pretty much ignored my concern. Sites are too close together, unless you get one at the end of a row. No pool, no club house, no activities. They have a nice children’s playground and a “swimming” pond. Have cable, weak WIFI, ATT and Verizon have good signal. All utilities worked well. Park is a few miles out of Kalispell. Decent value for Glacier Park access – 30 minutes. There are a lot of children running around, so it’s noisy during the day. Would stay again, but try to reserve a specific site ahead of time. Rated as: Average.
