Rated as:  Average. This park is located north of St George, Utah. The park is right on I 15 freeway so it is east to find and access. That said, it is very noisy with 24/7 traffic. The roads are asphalt and easy to maneuver on. Site are reasonably spread out, on level pea gravel, and have a picnic table. The restroom-shower house is clean and sized adequately for the park size  The new pool and hot tub are not open yet. They blame the contractor and he blames covid. The pickleball court is “multi surface” and not really adequate to play on. There is a very nice covered picnic area with a BBQ grill and two propane fire pits with seating. A play gym is available for kids, two small putting greens, and a couple of small “dog parks”. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, the park is very nice, well laid out, well maintained, has reasonable rates. but is a little “sterile feeling”.  With a little more work, it could be a really nice park, but not a resort.  We might stay there again, but would look for other options first. There are a lot of RV parks in the area.  Rated as: Average.
