Description
Rated as: Poor. This a a new RV park and is difficult to review. It is a “work in progress” and is lacking many basic features. The owner/manager is trying hard to make it work. The roads and sites are smooth gravel, narrow, and difficult to negotiate. The sites are very narrow, rather short, and not level. Our 35 foot class A barely squeezed in and we had to step off the stairs onto a gravel slope. Water is available by allowing the owner to fill your tank from a portable water tank with a garden hose. The electrical worked well, the WIFI was very good. The sewer connection is a couple of feet off the ground and we had to “build” a ramp, with blocks and lumber, to attach to it. There is a great view, it’s quiet and private with only 3 sites. Horses can only be viewed from a couple of small openings in the thick brush. The owner is on site, friendly, helpful, and full of dreams for the park. It is not the typical “sardine” Homer spit experience. It is over priced for what is NOT offered. We would not stay again until more infrastructure has been completed. Rated as: Poor.
