Description
Rated as: Average. New, first year RV park located 2 miles out of Palmer. Smooth gravel road with level grass sites. Owner provides boards to place under leveling jacks. All the utilities are convenient and worked well. The owner is personable and has a larger vision for the park. The view of surrounding mountains is phenomenal. It is a quiet and peaceful setting – except for the few air planes during the day, none at night. The park sits at the end of the runway. There is a common space with a BBQ grill, table, fire pit and free fire wood. Two night stay gives free laundry access to 2 washer dryer combo units. Bath and shower room is very clean and well kept. Layout is rather odd. The bath / showers are uni-sex, with stall doors for privacy. One has to walk through the bath / shower area to access the laundry. We would stay there again. Rated as: Average.

Golf course across the street.
Palmer is a clean, neat little town with all the amenities.
