- Rated as: Average. First this is not a resort, but an RV park. It is basically an asphalt parking lot with hook ups. The asphalt is hot, dirty, and not appealing. It is well maintained, easy to get around and maneuver. A few palm trees and no grass. Both back in and pull through sites are available. Pull thus are “premium” and more money. Sites are close together with no privacy or separation. Showers and rest rooms are clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub are clean, warm, and inviting. Employees are courteous and friendly. Hesitantly recommended, would stay there again in a pinch. Rated as: Average.
