Description
Rated as: Above Average. This is a RV resort with a few short term spaces, mixed in with purchased RV lots. Owned lots are spacious, short term lots are adequate, but close together. Sites are level, gravel, with some shade. Roads are wide and easy to access sites. No cable, very weak WIFI, ATT poor signal, Verizon good. All utilities worked well. Very nice amenities reflect the high rating. Large pool, pickle ball courts, large club house with a lot of activities. Would stay again, but would rent a “privately owned” space if available. Rate based on “special coupon” for 1 week w/2 rounds of golf. We would stay here again. Rated as: Above Average.
